These Terms of Use govern your use of redsquibble.com and any related newsletters, podcasts and social media accounts operated by RedSquibble. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Content
Everything published on RedSquibble, including articles, interviews, reviews, photographs, graphics, share images, the RedSquibble name and logo, and the design of the site, is owned by RedSquibble or used under license and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may read, print and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short passages with a credit and a link to the original article. You may not republish full articles, sell our content, remove credits, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you without written permission.
Book covers and excerpts shown on the site belong to their authors and publishers and appear for editorial and review purposes.
Sharing on Social Media
You are welcome to share our articles and the share images we provide on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms, as long as the image and headline are not altered in a misleading way and the post credits RedSquibble.
Pitches, Review Copies and Messages
When you send us a pitch, a message or a review copy, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Sending material does not guarantee coverage. Our editors decide what to cover, how to cover it and when. We do not return review copies or unsolicited manuscripts.
By sending us a message you allow us to use it to report, fact check and reply. We will not publish private correspondence without permission, except to correct the record.
Editorial Independence and Partnerships
Our editors choose every book we cover and write every article we publish. Some features are produced in partnership with an author's publicist or publisher, and those articles are clearly labeled. A partnership never guarantees a positive review or a place on the Debut Shortlist. Our full standards are on the About page.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the site or its servers, sending spam or malicious code through our forms, scraping content in bulk, or using the site to break any law.
Links to Other Websites
RedSquibble links to publishers, booksellers, social networks and other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Copyright Complaints
We respect the rights of creators. If you believe material on RedSquibble infringes your copyright, email hello@redsquibble.com with the subject line Copyright Notice. Include a description of the work, the page where the material appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner. We will review every notice promptly and remove material where appropriate.

We work hard to be accurate and we correct mistakes when we find them. The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reviews and recommendations reflect the opinions of our writers. Prices, formats and publication dates of books can change, so please check with the publisher or bookseller before you buy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RedSquibble and its editors, writers and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars.
